Under each of the Data categories, there is a list of files available for viewing, downloading, and/or printing. Most files are provided in Excel format, while older files may be available in Lotus 1-2-3 and in ASCII format.

ASCII files are indicated in the file list by the extension .PRN. These files can be directly printed or downloaded using your browser's File commands (Print or Save as). Excel files have the extension .XLS. The extension for Lotus files is .WK1. Some web browsers automatically call up Excel or Lotus and load the file selected, so that it can be saved or manipulated.
