Honors, Achievements and Affiliations: Kilungu Nzaku joined the Center for Business and Economic Research as a postdoctoral researcher in the fall of 2010. He worked with the North Dakota Department of Human Services and Alabama A&M University shortly before joining the Center. He received his Ph.D. from The University of Georgia at Athens in Agricultural Economics. His dissertation focused on U.S. demand for tropical fresh fruit and vegetable imports. Kilungu also worked in community development, social marketing for health, and insurance with CARE International and AIG. Kilungu is a member of the Southern Agricultural Economics Association and the Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (formerly American Agricultural Economics Association).
